Delivery and Shipping Terms and Conditions

  1. If the seller offers shipment of the goods, delivery will be made within the delivery area specified by the seller to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. For the execution of the transaction, the delivery address given in the seller’s order process shall be decisive. Deviating from this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address registered with PayPal by the customer at the time of payment shall be authoritative.

  2. If delivery of the goods fails due to reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply to shipping costs if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. For return shipping costs in case of a valid withdrawal by the customer, the provisions in the seller’s cancellation policy shall apply.

  3. If the customer is a business entity, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer as soon as the seller hands over the goods to the carrier, freight forwarder, or other person or institution responsible for shipment. If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer or an authorized recipient. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration also passes to the consumer customer as soon as the seller hands over the goods to the carrier, freight forwarder, or other person or institution responsible for shipment if the customer has commissioned the carrier, freight forwarder, or other person or institution for shipment and the seller has not previously informed the customer of this person or institution.

  4. The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-supply. This applies only if the non-delivery is not attributable to the seller and the seller has concluded a specific covering transaction with the supplier with due diligence. The seller will make all reasonable efforts to procure the goods. In case of non-availability or partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and any consideration paid will be promptly refunded.

  5. Due to logistical reasons, self-collection is not possible.
