A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his or her trade, business, or profession.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Devrakh Lederwaren GmbH, Anton-Kux-Straße 2, 41460 Neuss, Germany, Phone: +49 176 81331032, Email: devrakh@outlook.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

Returns should be sent exclusively to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not residents of a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union.

General notes

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage by using appropriate packaging.

  2. Please do not send goods back to us postage due.

  3. Please note that points 1 and 2 above are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
